Shea Butter Secret Tip # 2

Hi,

I am back with our Shea Butter Secret Tip Series. Today, I want to talk about exfoliation.

Exfoliating a couple a times a week is important to make your Shea Butter work better. It allows products to penetrate better because it removes the surface layer of dead cells that can limit how much of your Shea Butter gets through. You will notice better moisturization and more supple softer skin if you apply Shea Butter after exfoliating.

Stay away from exfoliating products that contain toxic dangerous chemicals and opt for these natural alternatives instead:

RAW SUGAR
Take a half cup of your favorite in the shower with you and mix it with your body wash. Gently rub your skin in circular motions and rinse well.

SEA SALT

This is another great all-nratural way to exfoliate. You can get a special scrub from your local natural foods store OR grab a handful of salt and use it just like the raw sugar in your shower.

MICROFIBER EXFOLIATING CLOTHS
This another great all-natural way to exfoliate your skin. These cloths often come in n organic cotton making it a smooth an easy way to exfoliate without harsh and dangerous chemicals.

Remember to exfoliate 2-3 times a week using gentle circular motions for Shea Butter smooth skin!

Have a Great Weekend!
