Stop Winter-Worn Lips NOW!

Happy Monday!

We are continuing with our Winter-Proof Skincare series and focusing today on keeping your lips smooth, soft and supple during the winter months.

1) Gently exfoliate daily with a warm washcloth and a little shea butter in circular motions to remove roughness and peeling skin. Exfoliation will also help other lip products to penetrate better.
2) While your lips are still damp, dab them with a little natural oil, such as Purely Shea.  Just a dab or two makes lips look and feel pillowy within minutes.
3) Top with a rich moisturizing conditioner. Shea Butter which is rich in an abundant of antioxidants, vitamins and essential fatty acids to soothe and moisturize the driest lips.
Next time we will talk about Winter-proofing your hands during the upcoming months!

Winter-proof your hair with Shea Butter

As we continue our winter-proof series, today we want to focus on reducing dry brittle hair during this season. Shea Butter can be a big help in eliminating your hair woes. Here are some quick and easy ways to keep tresses beautiful all winter long.

1.) Before Your Shampoo
Prior to washing your hair, you may use Shea Butter as a pre-shampoo conditioner to combat the effects of the harsh weather. Gently melt it and then apply to hair allowing it to stay on there for 20 minutes. Then proceed with shampooing.

2.) During Your Shampoo
This can also be added to your shampoo in small amounts for an easy shampoo that leaves your hair felling soft and manageable.

3) After Your Shampoo
You can now prevent any cold weather damage to your hair by applying as a deep conditioner, leave-in conditioner, or detangler.

4) Daily Maintenance
After carefully melting between the palms of your hands, apply as a daily hair-dressing for super soft lucious locks.
