Shea Butter for your Facial Massage

Shea Butter can be used to revive and refresh your face via massage. Regular facial massage has numerous benefits including the prevention of lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. It helps to normalize the skin's moisture balance. All of these things help to make the skin look radiant and younger looking. A great tip is to exfoliate your facial skin before you indulge in a facial massage. This will help to remove the dead skin from your face and it will allow maximum absorption of the Shea Butter during massage. Choose your favorite exfoliating product, and remember to be gentle. You want to take the dead skin off, not the healthy skin!

When performing a facial massage, only light touches should be used. You don't want to knead the skin on your face as this can result in lines and wrinkles as well. Facial massages immediately increase blood flow and oxygen to the skin. This improves color, cell activity, and can help with the fight against aging. It also releases the impurities in your skin which can damage your skin's complexion.

Shea Butter can help your skin with a number of different things. It's excellent for dry skin, and helps your skin retain moisture for a longer period of time. It also contains cinnamic acid. This is a great little acid that protects your skin from Ultra Violet rays. Don't forget to add sunscreen too, though. Shea Butter contains Vitamins A and E, and helps smooth and soften your skin. Make sure you get a Shea Butter that is unrefined and organic. Any other kind doesn't contain the health promoting properties that unrefined Shea Butter does.
